When will my order be posted?

The cut- off time for all orders is 7:00pm (NZT). All orders placed before 7:00pm (NZT) will be posted the following morning. If you order after 7:00pm (NZT) your orders will be added to the next days order list. 

When will I receive my order?

If you are in New Zealand, please allow 5 working days for your order to arrive before contacting customer service. Alternatively, you can track your package yourself with the tracking number you've been provided with. If you are overseas, orders may be received within 7-40 business days. 

Who pays customs fees?

Please be aware that customs charges are outside of our control and may be charged on international orders. Custom charges and duty charges are the responsibility of the customer and they will not be refunded or covered by TIĀ.
By purchasing items from TIĀ you agree that payment of custom charges and duty charges are your responsibility. Thank you for your understanding.

What are TIĀ Lashes made of?

 Our synthetic lashes are made of high-quality, light weight synthetic fibre. 

Our Chaka Lashes are made of Faux Mink fur which are man-made fibres, designed to mimic real mink fur. They are very fine, soft and silky just like real fur.The trace amount of glue holding each lash on to the tray has got latex in it so please be sure to remove this latex before applying a latex-free glue.

​Can I change or cancel my order once it's been placed?

You are only able to cancel your order if you have not yet received our shipping confirmation email. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on items once they have been shipped due to hygiene. Please be extra careful when you place an order, should you have any issues please Contact Us.

We are proud to say that none of TIĀ's products are tested on animals and we are  100% Cruelty Free!

Yes we do! We offer affordable shipping prices when you spend a certain amount on our products. We also offer FREE standard shipping for international orders $80nzd & over.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please take pictures of the damage and Contact Us within 24 hours of your delivery time. If you have trouble please send your pictures along with a description of the issue to customerservice@tiaproducts.co
