Refunds and Returns

ORDER INFORMATION

 For orders  please allow at least a full 48hours for your dispatch notification to be sent to you. Orders are processed within our working days Monday - Friday (hours may vary). Any orders placed over the weekend and Public Holidays will not be processed until the following week day. 

 

Your dispatch notification will have your tracking number. This will allow you to track your parcel throughout NZ and to it's destination. If the parcel is sent back to us due to non collection you will be required to pay for re-shipping if you do not wish to re-ship the product no refund will be offered.

RETURNS

For hygiene reasons we cannot offer any refunds or returns on our items.

If your product is faulty upon arrival, please Contact Us and we will find a solution.

 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases and will only consider refunds if the product is faulty on arrival so please choose carefully.
